Naturally Perfect cares about your privacy. We do not share any personal information with third parties. If you have chosen to join our opt-in mailing list/newsletter, we will make every effort to only send you information that corresponds to the preferences that you chose when you signed-up.

All personal information collected is stored in a secure environment, and is only accessible by Naturally Perfect personnel. This information is never seen or sold to any other person or company.

Naturally Perfect uses your personal information for internal purposes only, such as confirming or tracking your order, confirming your receipts of emails, and informing you of new products services, offers, and so on.


Shipping Policy

All domestic orders will either ship USPS or FedEx depending on weight and size. We reserve the right to ship by the best means possible. Most orders that are received by 3pm PST will ship out in one to two business days, if the items are in stock. Orders placed after 3pm PST on Fridays or on the weekend will be received Monday and will be shipped out one to two business days if the items are in stock.

All International orders will be shipped USPS International. For International orders, please generate a quote so that we may give you the correct shipping cost for the items you would like to purchase before paying. If you do not generate a quote, we reserve the right to request more money through Paypal to cover shipping charges.


Return Policy

Naturally Perfect believes in our quality fast-acting products! We stand behind our products because we know they work! If you are unhappy with your item(s), call us and talk to us! We will always try to make you happy and work out a solution to the item(s) in question.  We are available to answer any of the questions and concerns you might have.

Unopened products may be returned or exchanged for any reason. Simply send the items back to us within 30 days of receipt and we will refund your money or exchange your product, minus the cost for shipping. When we receive your package, we will either give you store credit or credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees.

If you are unhappy with a product, please call our office within 45 days of receipt. We are more than happy to try to resolve any matter you might have!

Damaged & Incorrect Items: At Naturally Perfect, we do our best to package your product(s) so that they arrive to you in excellent condition. Unfortunately, once the package leaves our facility, it goes through many hands and products may shift causing unintentional damage. Should you receive a product that has been damaged in transit, please contact us immediately for further instructions. Please do not discard the damaged product(s) and retain the original box and packaging as inspection is often required by the carriers.
